Britain, France, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Belarus, Tanzania are some of the countries in which Gus Eyre has travelled over the last thirty years, singing, and speaking in schools, universities, prisons, churches, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centres, concert halls.
His music is somewhere between Country, Blues, Rock and Contemporary Acoustic!
As a committed follower of Jesus Christ he endeavours to look at life issues in user friendly, relevant ways for the many different kinds of people he’s has the opportunity to meet.
In recent years Gus has developed an audio/visual approach to his work presenting drug awareness programmes in schools across Europe as well as his concert programmes.
As a singer/songwriter he has produced a number of CD’s over the years plus a ‘home concert’ on DVD. He is in the process of producing a film version (DVD) of an audio/visual Drugs awareness Programme, in conjunction with Andy Werner. It is hoped to distribute this widely as a resource for schools, churches, youth clubs etc.
